Hobbs and Shaw. I really had a mixed feeling after watching it. A part of me enjoyed it; lots ot ludicirous action and some good humour, but yet the sci-fi futuristic concept was totally over-the-top. I can accept it if it's some sort of new story about agents fighting super villains, but this is part of Fast and Furious franchise. I enjoyed it though, but again, this isn't Fast and Furious anymore. I was hoping since Justin Lin is back for the Fast 9, there might not have much futuristic stuffs unlike Hobbs and Shaw and Fast 8. I was wrong. The trailer I just watched clearly shows that they are going to continue with this direction. I think I might enjoy it as well though, and I have to start to accept that the street-racers stealing dvd players are long gone.

Two other movies I watched recently were Rambo Last Blood and the 2019 Hellboy. I'll make it short here; as for Rambo, don't waste your time. Enough said.

For Hellboy, strangely I really like it, and I felt it is much better than del Toro's Hellboy (I never enjoyed both of del Toro's Hellboy films anyway). I felt that Harbour is a much better Hellboy than Perlman. Some of the visuals and effects were quite bad, some were quite nice. Really like the sequence at the final part of the film when Hellboy unleashed giant demons in the city. Baba Yaga was super creepy. The story or plot was quite a mess though, but I still really enjoyed it. But there won't be any sequels that's for sure. What a waste.

Liked Hobbs and Shaw myself, def over the top but I enjoyed it lol. Was curious about Rambo but thought it'd be bad, so I'll give it a miss cheers.

Kinda liked Hellboy myself too and agree with what you say, but I did like Perlman myself
