The Russell Crowe robin hood is the worst robin hood film ever. Truly awful. Even costner was better. {Ed001's Note - I have to agree with that, one of the worst films ever.}

Twelfth century version of the Higgins boat, bad knowledge of geography and insult to injury film on after is ip man two at stupid o clock! {Ed001's Note - I hate the way they put dross on before something good, I always end up missing the good one!}

Indeed ed, and what annoys me as well is that they put the good blokey films on at silly o clock in the early week ignoring folks have to be up early for work or whatever, yet when it gets to the weekend its chick flicks and rom coms at prime time! {Ed001's Note - could be a deliberate policy to stir up arguments in the hope of splitting up couples into singles, who then have two separate subscriptions to channels......}

Russell Crowe's accent in it is just awful!

A form of drm, if you like.}

I think most films will have the end credits cut off, they can last for a awhile.

Ok so we done Favourite Actors what about Actresses? I have to say I really like Kate Winslet awesome in Titanic & Revolutionary road, Sigourney Weaver Aliens & Avatar, then for a laugh Leslie Mann think she's hillarious. No doubt Mila Kunis is the easiest on the eye had a crush on her since I was a kid & I 1st seen honey I shrunk the parents then that 70s show lol

depends if we're talking looks or talent. On looks I agree with mila kunis. On talent i'd say cate blanchett. On both i'd say natalie portman

Gina Carano, might not be much of an actress but the way she took Micheal Fassbender out the game in Haywire got me thinkin, if I had to die whilst fighting a woman then that's how I'd like to go. Lol.

FTE

Sigourney Weaver.

No other actress comes close.

Jennifer lawrence.

Who's everyones favourite movie character? For me its Heath Ledgers joker in The Dark Knight.

Great Choice Op rather than copy you il take Tom Hanks Forrest Gump.

Larky Bear

Jack Nicholson as Randle Patrick McMurphy. Outstanding.

FTE

Was that One flew over a cuckoos nest? Only seen it once brilliant film though.

Larky Bear

Sure is LB. When Nicholson was in his prime he was an absolute power-house of an actor, completely mesmerizing.

FTE {Ed001's Note - I have to say, it is hard to argue against that being one of the greatest performances of all time. I wouldn't have it as even close to being a favourite though, great as he was in that role. My favourite character would have to be between Bruce Lee in Enter The Dragon and Darth Vader. Though I also would have to give an honourary shout out to Yoda and any of the Yuen Baio, Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung characters in the series of Hong Kong martial arts films the three did together. I have to stress, these are my favourites, rather than being the ones I would call the best.}

Definitely jar jar binks

I liked jack Nicholsons character in the departed, but I think all actors in the movie played there part really good

I liked jack Nicholson in anger management, still cracks me up every time I watch it, especially the part where they go to the budda place

Anthony Hopkins in .red dragon, silence of the lambs and Hannibal . As Dr.Hannibal (the cannibal) Lector!

Id have to say Heath Ledger as the Joker as well.

01 Jul 2013 10:17:21
what is everyones most overrated movie? {Ed001's Note - Pulp Fiction, it was dire but everyone raves about it.}

Grease, totally hate that movie an unholy passion. Even though I've not actually seen it.

FTE

Don't know how you can say Grease when you've not seen it. The Expendables for me.

Larky Bear

Sometimes LB, you just know it in yer bones.

FTE

Brilliant mate carry on!

Larky Bear

Harry Potter.

Jason Vor Hees
Scouse_Pride {Ed007's Note - Harry Potter must be up there but basically any film my Mrs wants to watch is chronic, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Scream, Pretty Woman etc. I've never seen The Goonies, because she likes it I reckon it must be honking. Anyone over 12 that likes Harry Potter needs help, I watched half the first one and just thought... WTF!!}

Laughs to the above! - my Mrs loves Footloose!
